Job summary

Thorne is seeking a Senior Manager, Email Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across email and transactional messaging. The role drives personalization, segmentation, and automation to boost customer engagement and lifetime value, leveraging analytics tools and Iterable.

Responsibilities include owning the email calendar, developing journeys, and coordinating with Creative, Product Marketing, and Data Science to optimize campaigns while ensuring compliance across all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and BI tools.
• Ability to QA and send error-free emails.
• Hands-on with Iterable campaigns.
• Strong writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS and UTM/tracking knowledge.
• Familiarity with CDP (Hightouch) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives from concept to execution across email campaigns.
• Develop personalization and segmentation roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Create and own email marketing and transactional messaging from idea to delivery.
• Manage email calendar and generate engaging content ideas.
• Build automated journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant messaging.
