You will analyze campaigns, set KPIs, partner with IT and vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content, improve accessibility, and advance the library’s digital engagement across audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in email marketing, digital marketing, and analytics.
• Expertise working with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Serves as CML’s subject matter expert on email marketing using analytics and customer feedback.
• Manages email newsletters for multiple audiences and supports the Development team.
• Establishes KPIs, monitors trends, and reports metrics to improve customer experience.
