Job summary

the company is a fast-growing customer engagement platform seeking a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant to work with customers and cross-functional teams. You will provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve email programs and maximize engagement.

We expect 3–4 years of deliverability-related experience at an ESP, agency, or large brand, with strong knowledge of best practices and issue remediation.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience delivering deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and remediation of deliverability issues.
• Ability to present findings clearly to customers and act as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for deliverability troubleshooting and strategy.
• Serve a portfolio of customers with a paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and audits of email sending practices.
• Assist customers with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues.
• Help customers plan IP warming and monitor warming progress.
• Monitor and improve customer sending reputation and performance metrics.
• Provide long-term deliverability planning for high-visibility brands.
