Qualifications

• 10+ years of deliverability operations experience in ESP/ISP environment.
• Deep expertise in SMTP, MTAs, IP strategies, DKIM/SPF, sender reputation management.
• Strong knowledge of data hygiene, privacy regulations, opt-in policies, anti-spam frameworks.
• Hands-on SMS/MMS deliverability including 10DLC, Toll-Free verification, Short Codes, CTIA compliance.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex deliverability issues and implement solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Improve email and SMS/MMS deliverability through optimized processes and proactive issue resolution.
• Establish and scale standardized deliverability practices (whitelisting, feedback loops, spam filtering, escalation).
• Lead onboarding, testing, and execution strategies to improve sending reputation and delivery success.
• Strengthen ISP relationships and ensure sending technologies align with compliance and performance requirements.
• Build client confidence with data-driven guidance and measurable campaign improvements.
• Enhance automation, especially in IP/domain warming and deliverability monitoring.
