Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Email Channel Manager to lead the execution of marketing and servicing email campaigns. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy, and drive strategic initiatives in a highly regulated channel.

You should have strong project management and email execution experience, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver results across multiple campaigns and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have project and relationship management experience.
• Email execution experience required.
• Able to work independently and in large group settings while handling multiple assignments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
