Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in email campaign execution and project work is required.
• Ability to work independently and in large groups with multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written skills are essential.
• Experience identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
• Ability to clearly communicate challenges and successes and foster positive relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to audit quality and manage timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and servicing email campaigns within the Email Channel.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage campaign projects with independence.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms.
• Review email content for accuracy and compliance across the execution process.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to identify problems and drive improvements.
