Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Email Channel Manager to lead the execution of marketing and servicing email campaigns within a highly regulated channel. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of campaigns across the enterprise.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to optimize process improvements while maintaining compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Project and relationship management experience
• Email execution experience
• This candidate should be able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Must have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to communicate challenges and successes clearly and foster positive working relationships
• Proficient in MS Office Products – especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to audit and perform quality control tasks
• Ability to multi-task and proactively timelines

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms
• Interact extensively with managers and partners across the enterprise to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements
• Lead execution of email campaigns and project work in a highly regulated, visible channel
• Review email accuracy in detail throughout the execution process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet business and regulatory requirements
