Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and support to the assigned team of Eligibility Specialists.
• Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of services to ensure identified outcome measures are achieved.
• Ensures agency compliance with policies, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Develops and encourages a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
• Assesses staff performance and provides ongoing development and training.
• Interviews, hires, directs, trains, and evaluates employees and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Leads and administers a comprehensive system of customer support and public assistance.
