Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Senior Manager for the ELERA Channel, based in Durham, NC. You will own the channel offering, drive partner recruitment, enablement, and a scalable go-to-market strategy that delivers revenue through a curated partner network.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, services, and product to align indirect motions with direct accounts, expand into new geographies, and report progress via portfolio reviews to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years functional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in channel, alliance, or partner leadership.
• Experience building or leading a packaged offering for scale with partner enablement.
• Proven ability to work across sales, marketing, services, and product to enable indirect motion.

Responsibilities

• Own the channel and partner-sourced revenue targets, pipeline, and results.
• Define and own the packaged ELERA channel offering for partners and customers.
• Build the partner program end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, certification, enablement.
• Recruit and develop partners such as system integrators, resellers, and software partners.
• Own the commercial model: partner pricing, margins, revenue share, terms.
