Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Senior Manager to own ELERA Channel and partner-driven revenue. You will define the packaged channel offering, build end-to-end partner enablement, recruit and grow partners, and manage the commercial model across the ecosystem.

You will collaborate with ELERA Portfolio Owners, Product Managers, and internal teams to scale partnerships, enablement, and market reach, including expansion into new geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years functional experience or equivalent
• 12+ years of relevant experience in channel, alliance, or partner leadership
• Experience building a partner program from early stage
• Proven ability to operate across sales, marketing, services, and product organizations to enable indirect motion

Responsibilities

• Own the business outcome for channel and partner-sourced revenue and report results
• Define and own ELERA channel offering and standards for repeatability
• Build the partner program end to end: recruitment, onboarding, certification, enablement
• Recruit and develop business partners: regional experts, SI, resellers, and software partners
• Own the commercial model: pricing, margin, revenue share, terms
• Define partner enablement requirements: materials, training, reference architectures
• Charter new solutions through the funnel: concept to lifecycle, backlog ownership
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, services, and product to align partner motion
