Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist in the Electrophysiology field to support physicians, nurses and sales teams. You will provide expert EP product knowledge, perform complex mappings, and develop training programs for healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strategic relationships, stay current on regulatory requirements, and mentor junior staff while supporting regional sales initiatives in the EP portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• IBHRE EP certification is required.
• Must be able to mentor and train EP CS roles.
• Ability to conduct complex EP cases solo.
• Willingness to meet vendor credentialing requirements including vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education and clinical support for complex EP inquiries.
• Develop and lead trainings on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Mentor less experienced Clinical Specialists.
• Stay current on EP developments, regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations to physicians and staff.
