Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Hands-on experience in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and lab testing.
• SMT/SMD soldering and fine-pitch PCB rework proficiency.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies and test instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, diagnose, repair, and validate PCBs and hardware assemblies.
• Perform precision soldering and fine-pitch PCB rework with quality workmanship.
• Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose failures and aid investigations.
• Execute electrical and functional testing using relevant lab equipment.
• Conduct thermal, environmental, EMI/EMC testing and document results.
• Assist with prototype builds, wiring harnesses, and test fixtures.
