Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering required.
• 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s in Sourcing or SCM.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive value in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Sustainability.
• Lead supplier evaluation and selection for new suppliers across multiple business units.
• Manage approved supplier list and onboard critical suppliers.
• Perform market research and analyze trends for electronics categories.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers.
• Support diverse and inclusive supply base and SB objectives.
