Saab, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Commodity Management Professional to lead strategic sourcing for electronics across North America and internationally.

You will develop category strategies and drive value in quality, delivery, and cost, while negotiating first-time contracts with new suppliers and managing the supplier base. The role requires strong electronics background, financial acumen, and leadership to support defense and security programs.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree, in Sourcing or SCM.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and SCM.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive continuous value in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Sustainability.
• Lead identification, evaluation, selection, negotiation and award of first-time contracts for new suppliers.
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics commodities.
• Support supply chain during win business by onboarding critical suppliers.
• Analyze data to understand the existing supply base and categories.
