Job summary

Anduril Imaging is seeking a Senior Commodity Engineer to lead strategic supply network development and cost management of electronics across lifecycles. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

The role requires extensive experience in sourcing electronics, PCB components, and AS9100 compliance, with travel and eligibility for a U.S. secret clearance. Equity and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or electronics design.
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering at component & product level.
• Ability to travel 10–25% for vendor on-site visits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs and supplier sourcing across product lines.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components.
• Scale electronics sourcing strategy as product lines scale to production.
• Conduct supplier selection and expand approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with suppliers and design engineering on tech inquiries.
• Coordinate with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure release and data package transmission in PLM/ERP.
• Coordinate with HQ PCBA commodity team to streamline procurement.
