Job summary

Anduril Imaging is seeking a Supplier Engineer to drive strategic supply network development and cost management across electronics lifecycles, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

You will manage BOMs, assess component risks, expand approved supplier lists, ensure AS9100 compliance, and coordinate with PLM/ERP systems, with 10–25% travel and eligibility for a U.S. secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or electronics design.
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering at component and product levels.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for vendor on-site visits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate sourcing paths across product lines.
• Identify & mitigate supply-chain lead-time risks for PCBA components.
• Ensure scalability of electronics sourcing strategy as product lines scale to production.
• Conduct supplier selection across product lines and manage expanding the approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with suppliers to handle technical inquiries and consult with design engineering as needed.
• Coordinate with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds.
• Work with manufacturing to ensure release and transmission of technical data within PLM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with HQ's PCBA commodity team to streamline procurement processes.
