Sol-Ark, a Veteran-owned solar and battery-based technology manufacturer based in Texas, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with electronics assembly and testing expertise to join our hands-on, fast-paced team at the Allen headquarters. You will lead processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost in power inverter manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in electronics assembly and test process engineering.
• Proven track record establishing new manufacturing processes.
• Strong quality control and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and maintain NPI processes for supply chain and manufacturing.
• Lead design and implementation of electronics assembly/test processes.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
