Job summary

Sol-Ark Inc. is seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer to lead electronics assembly and test process development for our power electronics products.

The role emphasizes hands-on optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong background in process engineering and quality control. The ideal candidate will drive NPIs, select and maintain equipment, manage projects, and implement Lean and Six Sigma practices to reduce cycle times, cut costs, and elevate product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of electronics assembly and test process engineering experience.
• Proven track record establishing new processes in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong project management, quality control, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with solar inverters and microinverters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NPIs for supply chain and internal manufacturing with formal milestones.
• Lead design and implementation of electronics assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
• Manage projects focused on process improvements and cost optimization.
• Establish and uphold quality control standards for assembly and testing.
• Create SOPs and documentation; use PLM for product changes and traceability.
