Sol-Ark is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Allen, TX to develop and optimize electronics assembly and testing for power inverters and related products. You will drive NPI initiatives, collaborate with engineering and supply chain, and implement advanced manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, hands-on process engineering experience, and a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and quality systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics assembly and testing.
Proven track record establishing new processes in electronics manufacturing.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for supply chain and internal manufacturing.
Lead design and implementation of innovative electronics assembly and testing processes.
Collaborate with engineering to integrate new technologies.
Establish and uphold stringent quality control standards for assemblies and tests.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and cost.
