Job summary

Sol-Ark, LLC is seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer focused on electronics assembly and testing. The role will develop and optimize assembly and test processes for our electronic products, requiring hands-on problem solving and solid experience in process engineering and quality control.

The ideal candidate will lead projects to introduce advanced techniques, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while ensuring high product quality. Automotive or industrial product experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronics assembly and test process engineering.
• Proven track record establishing new electronics manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management experience.
• Familiar with industry standards and regulations; solar inverters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for supply chain and internal manufacturing.
• Lead design and implementation of innovative electronics assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and optimize assembly/testing processes to reduce cycle time and costs.
• Manage projects with cross-functional teams, schedules, and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean and Six Sigma practices.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
