Job summary

Amazon Leo for Government (ALG) Engineering in Los Angeles area seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain MES-based manufacturing on HM/LV spaces and terrestrial products and to work with cross-functional teams to ensure ISO AS9100 quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with Systems Engineering, EH&S, and other engineering teams to optimize the digital manufacturing ecosystem, including MES, ERP, and PLM integrations, to support high-mix/low-volume production

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MES applications and workflows for assembly, integration, and test operations.
• Create and optimize digital work instructions, operator interfaces, and data collection forms.
• Architect and maintain integrations between MES, ERP/MRP, and PLM systems.
• Develop and support work order synchronization from ERP to MES, including automatic creation, modification, and deletion.
