Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Factory Manager for the Electronics Supply Chain (ESC) to drive execution across complex electronics manufacturing environments. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure production stability and supply continuity.

The role requires strong experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• 6+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience in program, project or product management or leading product implementation.
• Experience driving continuous improvement with Six Sigma and RCA/COE.
• Ability to build and integrate data sets for metric-driven decisions.
• Experience managing multiple programs in parallel with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, and delivery across manufacturing operations.
• Lead ops and technical deep dives to resolve constraints and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance engineering, development, and production priorities.
• Use data and metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Influence internal and external teams to ensure alignment with standards.
• Communicate clearly across levels with escalation and documentation.
• Travel up to 40% to the Electronics Supply Base.
