Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, operations or supply chain.
• 7+ years working with engineering teams.
• Experience with space-grade electronics manufacturing.
• Master's or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of space standards J-STD-001 Space Addendum, IPC-A-610 Space Addendum and AS9100.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing performance and delivery execution across operations.
• Lead operational and technical deep dives to resolve constraints and drive improvements.
• Balance engineering, development, and production priorities while minimizing supply chain risk.
• Use data, metrics, and insights to assess performance and drive corrective actions across manufacturing.
• Communicate clearly across levels with escalation, documentation and follow-through.
