This role involves overseeing PCB assembly and wire harness production, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of PCB processes and an engineering degree. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electronics Manufacturing or Design Engineer.
• Strong functional knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in hand soldering TH and SMD components.

Responsibilities

• Scale electronics manufacturing to meet growing company demand.
• Manage new product introduction (NPI) for PCB and harness assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electronics manufacturing issues.
