Job summary

A leading aerospace engineering firm in Colorado is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for high-reliability aerospace PCB assemblies. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly with PCB assembly and soldering processes. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability electronics manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work across multiple programs and functional groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in PCB assembly and soldering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of manufacturing processes for aerospace PCB assemblies.
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews on new designs.
• Conduct internal Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs).
• Monitor and report key manufacturing metrics for continuous improvement.
