Allen Control Systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with an Electrical Focus in Austin, Texas. This position involves managing the cable and harness assembly process and ensuring quality standards are met on the production floor. Candidates with any experience level are welcome, from entry-level to senior; a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates should have hands-on experience with electronics or robotics.
• Mid-to-senior candidates should have experience managing high-reliability electrical assemblies.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the cable and harness assembly process.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-620 standards.
• Lead troubleshooting on electrical faults.
• Design and set up go/no-go test stations.
• Manage electrical assembly equipment.
• Improve electronics integration in production.

Hands-on experience with electronics
