Job summary

Eaton's PCS division seeks a Senior Industrialization Engineer - Electronics in Moon Township, PA for a hybrid role with relocation assistance available. Lead electronics manufacturing industrialization, PCBA processes, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to ensure successful product launches and sustainable production.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize DFx, tooling, and test strategies while driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and BOMs.
• Experience with PCBA assembly, testing, and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization of electronics and PCBA for NPI and PLS projects.
• Support prototype and pilot builds, EMS coordination, and line readiness.
• Develop and implement electronics process controls, work instructions, and testing procedures.
