Saab AB in United States is seeking an Electronics Commodity Management Professional to drive strategic sourcing of electronics. This role leads supplier evaluations, spend analysis, and market intelligence to create value across multiple Saab business units in North America and beyond.

Ideal candidates will have extensive electronics experience, strong financial acumen, and leadership skills to partner with cross-functional teams and international affiliates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in supply chain management or engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years with a BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree in sourcing or SCM.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Develop category strategies to improve quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and awards for new suppliers.
• Manage approved supplier lists for electronics suppliers.
• Support win-biz by vetting and onboarding critical suppliers.
• Analyze spend and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with international affiliates to forecast future needs.
• Develop adaptable, data-driven supplier evaluation systems.
