Job summary

Spartronics in North Logan, UT is seeking a Test Technician III to support test engineers by developing production process docs and clear test procedures. You will conduct failure analyses and help troubleshoot real-time challenges while optimizing workstations for safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include setting up tests, recording data, maintaining equipment, documenting setups and results, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring ISO/AS standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or technical degree in electronics or computer hardware.
• Minimum 3 years experience in electronic or product testing.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and programming.
• Ability to use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or ICT systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and execute tests on components and systems per defined procedures.
• Record test data and analyze results for compliance with standards.
• Maintain testing equipment and perform routine calibrations.
• Create and maintain documentation of test setups, results, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to communicate results and improvements.
• Support quality assurance and ensure safety and environmental standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methods.
• Mentor and train technicians on test methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR and related standards.
