Job summary

Spartronics, based in North Logan, UT, seeks a Product Engineering Technician for on-site work. You will help develop and refine product-process documentation, build effective work instructions, and troubleshoot production challenges to boost efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include designing production programs, collaborating with engineers on experiments and DFMs, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical/manufacturing/engineering support role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production programs for machines and maintain work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers on experiments, DFMs, test procedures, and process improvements.
• Provide hands-on production support to resolve defects and improve quality.
• Support process characterization, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform equipment setups, tests, and data analysis for engineering trials.
