We are seeking a senior level Test Technician to join our team. The qualified technician will assist the Test Engineers in developing production process documents and creating clear test procedures for consistency and accuracy. They will conduct failure analyses to identify root causes of issues and help troubleshoot real-time operational challenges. Additionally, the technician will optimize workstations to enhance efficiency and safety during testing and production activities.
Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
This is an non-exempt position. Compensation will be based on relevant experience, education, technical expertise, and leadership experience, including experience in manufacturing engineering, electronics manufacturing, component engineering, engineering operations, and related regulated manufacturing environments.
