Job summary

Spartronics is seeking a Product Engineering Supervisor to lead daily engineering activities in an electronics manufacturing environment, coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure delivery and issue resolution.

You will supervise teams, mentor engineers, and drive process improvements while aligning with customer requirements and regulatory standards. On-site role in North Logan, UT with ITAR-compliant responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering, technical, manufacturing, product support, or related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or personnel management experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering activities and prioritize workloads.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
