Job summary

Diversified in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Lead ESS Installation Technician to manage complex installations and lead field technicians on client sites.

You will interpret drawings, perform rack/enclosure builds, device installation, testing, and troubleshooting while coordinating with project management. Strong communication, scheduling, and safety/documentation focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance.
• Experience supervising other technicians.
• Lenel certification preferred.
• Ability to understand ACS/CCTV systems and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on projects.
• Know BOM and materials required for each job.
• Maintain project timelines and coordinate with Site Supervisor.
• Communicate issues ASAP to Site Supervisor.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Ensure safety and site readiness at all times.
