Job summary

Diversified in Milwaukee seeks a Lead ESS Installation Technician to drive on-site installation projects, lead a team of installation technicians, and coordinate with project management and field superintendents. You will interpret drawing packages, manage BOM, handle device installation, testing, and troubleshooting of access control and video systems, with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large commercial environments.
Experience supervising others and training to Diversified standards.
Lenel certification preferred.
Ability to review BOM lists, project drawings and RFIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on site while performing as an Installation Technician.
Know BOM and material requirements for every job and ensure availability.
Maintain project timeline and communicate delays to the Site Supervisor ASAP.
Own job schedules and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Maintain daily communication with the Site Supervisor and document issues in OneNote.
Assist with inventory and ensure safety and quality per DIV28 standards.
