Job summary

Kinecta Federal Credit Union in El Segundo, CA is hiring for an Administrative role focused on Electronic Payments and member transactions. You will handle ACH, EPS, Direct Deposits, Check21, Wire Transfers, RDC, and related processing while delivering accurate, confidential service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires in-office work three days a week at the El Segundo operations center, with strong knowledge of Fedline, NACHA file structures, and Symitar or equivalent systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fedline, Direct Deposits, EPS and ACH rules and regulations regarding processing of member transactions
• Knowledge of Symitar or equivalent system
• Ability to apply policies to avoid loss exposure to the Credit Union and members
• Ability to work quickly and independently with high-volume transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Processes member transactions relating to ACH, EPS, Direct Deposits, Check21, Foreign Collection, Incoming and Outgoing Wire Transfers, Check Collection, RDC, Share Branch and Share Drafts
• Reads NACHA formatted files and understands raw data
• Researches and resolves member inquiries in a timely manner
• Reconciles work and researches exceptions daily
• Inputs and verifies Fedline for outgoing wire transfers, ACH returns
• Verifies international wire transfers in TranZact when necessary
• Maintains confidentiality of Credit Union and member records
• Performs routine office and clerical duties to organize CU files
