Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking an Electronic Banking Card Specialist, Sr to serve as a subject matter expert for debit and credit cards and card disputes. You will support customers through collaboration with banking professionals and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role handles front-line card issues, processes transactions, and works in a fast-paced environment while maintaining documentation and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 19–23 months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to front office requests via tickets, emails, phone calls, letters, and card applications.
• Resolve card issues, errors, and fraud with lenders/retail and customers.
• Process, reconcile, and balance day-to-day card transactions.
• Resolve cardholder issues in coordination with front line staff and customers.
• Adhere to federal regulations including Regulation E and UDAAP; complete required training.
