Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 7pm-7am shift. You will troubleshoot and repair factory equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and document work in SAP.

The role supports safety, quality, and equipment reliability while participating in TPM/Lean continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires technical certification or journeyman credentials with several years of maintenance experience, plus ability to read blueprints and operate shop

Qualifications

• Technical college certification in a related field or Journeyman credential with two years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 4-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using basic and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, inspections, and minor/major overhauls per OEM and engineering specs.
• Utilize SAP to review work orders, document completion, and manage maintenance data.
• Support autonomous maintenance training for equipment operators and participate in TPM/Lean initiatives.
