Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 7pm-7am C-Team. You will respond to equipment failures, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety, quality and reliability across plant operations.

Requirements include technical college certification or Journeyman status with 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, legal work eligibility in the United States, and proficiency with SAP, blueprints, and TPM/Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Technical college certification or journeyman status with 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components.
• Perform preventative maintenance actions per OEM standards, including overhauls, calibration, inspections, and basic cleaning and lubricating.
• Operate shop equipment and support autonomous maintenance training.
• Contribute to TPM/Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
