Job summary

Blue Origin in Huntsville is seeking a senior technician to build, integrate, and test complex electromechanical assemblies in a development manufacturing facility. You will handle power and control wiring, bus bar, insulation, and panel wiring, often being the first to run a job as lines are new.

You will work with limited direction, train crew, and expect varied shifts or overtime; strong emphasis on quality, safety, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building complex electromechanical, electrical, or mechanical assemblies.
• Able to work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and procedures.
• Proficient with hand tools and precision measurement tools; interest in bench test equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Electrical build and test: wiring, bus bar, insulation, and panel wiring.
• Mechanical assembly and integration: precision assembly and sub-assemblies.
• Quality and safety: follow procedures, document steps, escalate issues, and train others.
