Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a licensed electrician/maintenance technician to join our facility. The role emphasizes multi-skilled maintenance, electrical control, and TPM-driven reliability.

You will lead projects, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation while supporting site and corporate goals. A strong license, technical degree, and PLC/CNC experience are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Class A Journeyman License required
Minimum 2-yr technical degree in a related field or equivalent past work experience
Must operate/be trained in the use of Power Industrial Trucks (PIT).
Advanced PC and electrical control competencies required
Advanced problem solving and analytical competencies, able to identify and predict failures and bring solutions to the problem
Directs and provides leadership/mentoring/coaching of other technicians and engineers

Responsibilities

Provide multi-skilled maintenance and engineering support focused on cost, quality and productivity in a TPM environment.
Lead projects and mentor/coach technicians at various levels.
Maintain responsibilities within the Maintenance team for levels I-III.
Support site and corporate goals with minimal direction.
Promote a respectful workplace environment.
Continuous training and current electrical license required.
Operate Power Industrial Trucks (PIT).
