Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer (Electrical) to accelerate the qualification and implementation of EW electronics with our supplier base. You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality production from development through lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, supply chain, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Deep PCBA expertise: SMT processing, wave soldering, reflow profiling, component placement, AOI/SPI/X-ray inspection.
• Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-6012/6013; knowledge of DFM, DFT, DFA.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Preference to onsite but role can be remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics supplier industrialization from early builds through production ramp.
• Own electrical commodities across EW products, including PCB/PCBA, cables, connectors, and components.
• Execute supplier production strategies from NPI to full production.
• Vet suppliers’ capabilities, layouts, and workforce for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
• Collaborate to identify DFM/DFT/ DFA risks before design lock (focus on PCBA manufacturability).
• Develop supplier manufacturing readiness deliverables: process flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, GR&R, yield targets.
• Establish SPC reviews at suppliers to monitor CTQ parameters.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to lower part cost and reduce risks.
• Support quality teams to ensure supplier adherence to criteria and close CAPAs.
