Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations. You will diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical issues, perform equipment setup, and manage parts usage in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications include an associates degree or equivalent, 3–7 years in manufacturing maintenance, and working knowledge of LOTO, electrical safety, and PLC concepts. Strong teamwork and documentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Willingness to attend training, including out-of-state locations.
• Ability to train Level I and II technicians.
• Read prints, schematics, and computer graphics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits, sensors, and drives.
• Complete projects adding electrical circuits, controls, and relocating machines.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
