Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations at the Rocky Mount facility in Virginia. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical systems, completing setup and control adjustments, and performing preventative maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-7 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Setup equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components and electrical control circuits.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and modify electrical circuits as needed.
• Enter maintenance work in computer-based system and track parts usage.
• Train Level I and II technicians on complex tasks.
