Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support manufacturing operations, diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment, perform detailed setup changes, and order parts as needed.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience with 3-7 years in manufacturing maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical safety, PLCs, and the ability to train junior technicians. Full-time role with on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 3-7 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Able to adhere to safety policies/procedures and focus on customer quality.
• Must be available for standby assignments; work off-hours and emergency overtime as required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to read printed materials, blueprints, schematics, and computer graphics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, and actuators.
• Toubleshoot PLC I/O and repair issues; maintain electrical safety and motor control circuits.
