Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent related experience in manufacturing.
• 3-7 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Willingness to standby, overtime as required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to train Level I and II technicians.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and maintain mechanical components in top operating condition.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and repair issues.
• Enter all work in maintenance program.
• Train Level I and II technicians in complex tasks.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
• Assist in projects adding electrical circuits and relocating machines.
