Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Saint Joseph, MI, seeks a Senior Analyst Engineer to join the Dishwasher Team. You will own the Dry System module, drive New Product Development, and partner with global studios, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure robust DFMA and cost targets.

You will lead design reviews, perform data-driven analyses, and mentor a globally distributed team. Domestic travel for workshops and project reviews is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD for electromechanical and dry-system components in dishwasher products.
• Develop and manage DFMA-focused roadmaps and release schedules.
• Collaborate with system architects, labs, procurement, and manufacturing to meet TCQ and TVC goals.
• Mentor distributed teams and lead technical design reviews.
