Job summary

You will coordinate initiatives across Global Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Design, delivering cost and quality targets while guiding technical teams and solving complex material challenges under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials or related field.
• 3+ years in materials solutions development and implementation.
• 3+ years in project management.
• 3+ years in technical leadership / technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for Platform & Architecture Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver cost and quality targets for the Platform.
• Coordinate structured problem-solving globally and cross-functionally.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement, with potential to generate intellectual property.
• Supports specific competency areas to maintain technical capability.
• Provides input to Planning and Architecture teams to select optimal raw material solutions for existing and future projects.
• Gathers regional requirements with subsystems early in projects to balance design, cost, performance, and regional supply constraints.
• Resolves materials-related quality issues, supply interruptions, or manufacturing challenges by leveraging global resources.
• Drives implementation of raw material solutions on new and existing products while meeting timeline, cost, and quality standards.
