Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of product development experience from concept to design release.
• Travel up to 10% within the United States and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate product level requirements into subsystem/module criteria.
• Develop and verify subsystem/module/component designs within schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
• Own engineering release of subsystem designs including CAD drawings and BOMs.
• Develop knowledge through Design Guides, FMEA, RTVM, A3s and tolerance stack-ups.
• Lead design tradeoffs between cost, aesthetics, performance, and manufacturability.
• Coordinate prototype build plans and perform lab testing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare engineering change documentation.
