Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Senior Analyst Engineer to lead the Dry System module for NPD of dishwasher products. You will collaborate with system architects, labs, and suppliers to deliver electromechanical and thermal solutions aligned with Energy requirements.

You will mentor a globally distributed team, drive data-driven design reviews, and manage release schedules while achieving TCQ and TVC targets across product lines. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
• Experience with electromechanical and thermal components.
• Knowledge of DFMA/DFM and Six Sigma principles preferred.
• Strong CAD modelling and GD&T proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead global roadmap for electromechanical and dry system modules.
• Develop and verify designs from concept to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure DFMA alignment.
• Drive design reviews and reliability testing to meet TCQ and TVC goals.
• Mentor cross-functional team members and coordinate with international partners.
