Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst Engineer to join the Dishwasher Team at the Saint Joseph Technology Center in Saint Joseph, Michigan. You will drive New Product Development for electromechanical, thermal, and dry system components, acting as module owner for Dry System and attribute owner for Dry Performance and Satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
5+ years of experience in product design and development.
Strong GD&T knowledge and tolerance analysis.
Experience with DFMA, NPD, and quality improvement programs.

Responsibilities

Research and develop electromechanical and thermal technologies for dishwasher products.
Develop global roadmaps and lead product leadership across modules.
Drive NPD, cost-reduction, and quality-improvement projects for dry system components.
Lead concept development, design validation, and manufacturing readiness for production.
